We are pleased to offer this free design service to our valued Do-It-Yourself customers.

“We Plan, You Plant” appointments are conducted at the garden center. To take advantage of this service, please contact the Stringer’s location closest to you and set up an appointment.

One of our talented landscape designers will sit down with you and prepare a landscape design based on the information you provide. After your design is ready, a member of our sales team will take you around the garden center to select your new plants.

This service is perfect for weekend Do-It-Yourself projects.

Due to time constraints and volume of customers, we must limit this service to one side of your house or similar small planting area (patio area, plant island, etc.).

To get the most out of your free landscape design, please provide the designer with the following information:

• Measurements of the area
• A north arrow to indicate direction of the sun
• Height of windows above grade
• Location of any Hardscape features (lamp posts, walls, walkways, etc.)
• A list of plants you like & dislike
• Pictures are helpful but not required
• If you’d like to save time, please feel free to provide your own scale drawing of the area on graph paper for the designer to work on

“We Plan, You Plant” appointments are available on Saturdays and one afternoon each week. Please contact the Stringer’s location nearest you for available appointment times.
