Josh Davis - President
Josh has been associated with Stringer's since 1986. He married Jan Stringer in 1983 and then joined the family business three years later. He started out as an employee but became part of the ownership team in 1990 when he purchased the Germantown store now known as Stringer's @ Poplar Pointe. In 2002, he acquired the Midtown store (now known as Stringer's Discount Outlet) upon the retirement of his father-n-law Sam Stringer. Josh has worked in every aspect of the business and is proud to be the owner of such a Memphis institution like Stringer's. |

Vador Vance - Vice President
Director of advertising/marketing, public relations and our We Plan, You Plant program.
Vador has been with Stringer's since 1997. She has been a landscape designer and a pesticide operator, but her heart is in natural/organic gardening and has learned from the best in the industry as well as all the hands on experience one human can stand. She is one of the hosts of the popular radio show "In the Garden with Vador and Kenneth" on AM 600. She has also written articles for the Commercial Appeal and Tennessee Gardener. She has obtained the status of TX Master Certified Nursery Professional from Texas A&M. |

Mark Heywood -
Manager Stringer's Discount Outlet
He is the tree and shrub sales area leader. Mark oversees lot operation and has extensive knowledge of hardgoods including herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. He also has a degree in Forestry. |

Rick Waggener -
Head Cashier Stringer's Discount Outlet
Rick supervises all the cashiers and loaders. He supervises the cash count and reconciles the daily cash reports. He also has knowledge of many plants and chemical aspects of gardening. He is very calm when everything gets crazy. |

Randy Pascale -
Manager - Poplar Pointe
Randy oversees day-to-day operations of the nursery. Randy is very knowledgable about trees and shrubs. He is also a good resource for insect and disease diagnoses and the use of organic fertilizers. |

Anna Naskrett -
Annuals & Perennials - Poplar Pointe
Anna is a landscape architect from Poland. She purchases and markets all annuals and perennials. Anna is very knowledgable in all aspects of gardening and has a great eye for landscape design. |

Tori Kelso -
Outdoor Living & Pottery - Poplar Pointe
Tori is great with outdoor decor. She is also head of our container gardening division. She creates a great variety of custom color bowls, and she can also modify your container gardens to reflect seasonal changes. |
